Chang's Chinese Sea Food Restaurant

We tried this place two weeks ago and decided to order again tonight. BEST Chinese in town hands down. Very different from other Chinese restaurants. Super fresh and tasty. Loved the spicy peanut chicken. Highly recommend! Great prices and fresh delicious food.

Best Chinese Food Ever

I've been eating here since 1990 and it keeps getting better, their Hot n Spicy soup is the best I've ever had. The SeaFood Chow Mein is out of this world, so delicious. Everything is delicious even the next day.I would recommend this chinese restaurant to everybody, it is the best in chinese restaurant in the Tri-Cities.
