Kool Kovers Cambridge Mall

Absolutely terrible company. I was told by the guys at Best Buy Mobile in the mall to go to Kool Kovers to have my phone unlocked. The guy working told me it would be 1-6 hours and to give him a call. I have done this before with a similar company out of Brantford and that worked fine. After about 3 hours I decided to call and just see if it was early. No dice. So the guy told me it would be the full 6 hours.
