Master Mechanic

I've been using Master Mechanic for several years. They do a good job overall, and are honest. They have provided me with some good advice on how to keep my old car going, and have kept their opinions realistic. What ever hic-ups occur, they work to resolve such issues.

Not impressed! --...

Not impressed! -- at least with Cambridge. I phoned ahead for a simple brake line repair and was assured next day. I had a trip planned. Next day, no phone call. When I finally called them, I was told that a "fleet" of vehicles came in. 2 days later they finally got around to my van. I had to reschedule my trip plus the runaround. So much for first come, first serve. Doubt I'll be taking my "fleet" to Mr. Mechanic any time soon.
