I bought a 2010 Chevy Impala in October 2018 that was traded in for 8,000 and I already had to replace the battery,alternator, Windshield washer level sensor, tyrod, and stabilizer. The Ryan Hutchyson guy that sold me the car said everything is in great shape it almost seems like these guys never did a safety on the car I am not pleased at all don’t buy a car from these guys there aren’t honest and are rip offs
Just went in to this place for the second time in 3 weeks for an engine light on. The previous time they would not fix my vehicle since it may or may not need the part replaced. Here I am again with same problem, not being able to drive my Tucson for the better part of 4 weeks. The advisor Nick dismissed my concerns and the inconvenience of coming back a 3rd time because they do not carry the part. He told me it was the luck of the draw that I keep running into problems. Time to go elsewhere.
I started servicing here a few years ago. I have always had a great experience at the dealership - service to sales. The service department has always taken the time to explain any necessary repairs and never pushed anything that wasn't required. They’ve always completed repairs/servicing by promised times and on budget. I liked the service so much (and friendly sales staff) that last year I bought two vehicles from them. I love my 2017 Santa Fe and Sonata and I’m glad I bought here!
Excellent service from this dealership. We have been dealing with Collingwood Hyundai for 6 years now and have have nothing but excellent treatment from this dealership.
my wife had a brake problem and took her santa fe to get some service they did the job and the next week we noticed that the mileage was much more poor than normal.I took a look and everything looked ok until i checked the brake fluid that was full to the brim. they never bothered to check it. i thought they had a check list to go through when performing service i would not go back to this garage
I went in for an oil change at 10:50 i was early but my car wasnt serviced until 12:15 they were too buisy putting license plate covers on unsold cars. 2 but very little but annoying the sticker wasnt changed. oh well from now on im not going there for things I can do myself thanks but no thanks!!! service is not any better they never have a smile and when you walk in their face seems to tell you that you are an annoyance.
