I have loved KFC since the sixties. I find your outlet is the least satisfactory I have ever visited. No matter what we order, something is always wrong, or missing. Today we ordered the bucket, 8 pieces, med popcorn and large fries. At least the extremely rude lady was working in the kitchen, so we did not have to be ignored close up, but, we ordered dark meat, which we did not get and gravy, which we paid for AND DID NOT GET, NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME! So DISAPPOINTING!
