If you want to pay a lot to hear about how good a place USED to be...you found it! Overpriced, legend in his own mind, has apprentices and kids doing the work but does not oversee them...so no quality control. You would do as good with some guy posting on Kijiji. At least his price is in line with the quality of repair.

Warren knows boats better than most - you can always trust his work and his word. as mentioned in other comments he is not the greatest at follow up but usually because he is so busy with boats during the season he does not have the time to call every one of his customers. If he says he will do something, he will do it and you can trust it. We have been going to Warren for 8 years and woudl not go anywhere else!

Doesn't Care - No Customer Skills

Terrible service. Owner has no customer relations skills at all. My son and I brought in 3 outboards for inspection and service. We requested he check and service as required. He never called so we went to the marina... he said all done and it will be $100. When asked what he did he said I tried to start them, 2 started and 1 is no good. When asked what else he did he said I did what you asked and started them. He would not elaborate and got annoyed because we wanted details. Stay away from him.

brought our boat in needing repairs and service .. the owner was all talk about hows he the best around... after 3 weeks of phone calls.. he claimed he had 3 hours into it and no idea what was wrong with it.. arrogant as and will not recommend or return to him..
