A doc was scheduled to call me a day ago for a referral, but I never received a call. I have been trying to reach them for a week now, but no one is answering the phone anymore and their inbox is full. Time to find another family doctor.
The Worst experience. Made us wait while they were chatting. The next day they called to make appointment for follow up and has to pay immediately saying doctor will call wasted whole day and doctor did not call. I had to take leave from work that day. If possible dont go to this place.
Would never recommend this clinic. Dr was arrogant and unprofessional. This was my second visit. No different than the first. Was treated rudely and talked down to. This Dr has one name on the clinic window and another on his business card....somewhat sketchy!! Will never go back. I’m not sure how they would have any returning patients based on the service provided. .
I am very happy with the medical attention my family and I receive from Dr. Ali and Dr. Salam. I do think that to improve their practice they need to separate walk in times from days where appointments are taken. This would probably help with the congestion issue people experience. Whenever I have come in, either for myself or my children I am treated well and always with respect and compassion. I highly recommend these doctors.
Great clinic! Doctors have great bed side manner. The clinic is clean and well managed. Dr Ali Taghreed is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered I am very happy to be part of this family practice. Ula is one of the most helpful, compassionate nurses that i had ever encountered with a great hand for blood work. Thank you for you kind care!
The WORST doctors office in the world quite possible. Rude staff, hour and a half wait times and they never get back to you when supposed to. I will be searching for a new doctor ASAP! DO NOT go here for care.
The office is always understaffed. The poor nurse is expected to be a secretary, greet patients, take blood, set up and clean the exam rooms and answer the ever ringing phones. Also, if you book a physical with them, they will make you split it into two appointments and miss two days of work.
I really liked Dr. Ali she was very helpful and understanding.
Great walk in clinic .its clean and comfortable.the stuff are amazing ,great doctors onsite . The longest time to wait it's 1 hour for flu season but it's normally 10-20 min .you can also book appointments so you don't have to wait .
Very pleased with the service and professionalism at this clinic. Dr Ali is so reliable and treats me with the utmost care and diligence. For the past year, I have been travelling all the way from Brampton to frequent this clinic solely because of how amazing the medical attention and treatment is, I would never go anywhere else. The front receptionists are pleasant and accommodating, the atmosphere is comfortable and positive I trust this centre with my health and well being, and would recommend anyone looking for heartfelt medical care at a reputable, consistent clinic to switch over as I did. Keep up the great work!
The only good thing about this centre was the receptionist Ula, now that she only works a few times a week, there is no point in coming. The new receptionists are rude and every time I am waiting, there are arguments going on between them and other patients. The place was run very smoothly when Ula worked, but now it is a disaster. The doctor is also rude and I would recommend to stay away. There are other doctors who actually care.
Was looking for a regular family doctor recently and decided to try BHC b/c the LED display in their window said they were accepting new patients. I saw Dr. Ali and then Dr. Salam another day to decide which one to choose. They both told me they would have to find out from their office manager if there were any more openings for new patients. I didn't understand this b/c they were/are still accepting new patients on the spot after my visit.
This clinic and the doctors are amazing. So friendly and thorough in all that they do. Decided right away to make Dr. Salam my family doctor. You can feel the care of the clinic from the moment you are greeted by the Medical Assistant, Ula, to greeting of the doctor! They don't rush you out just to get to the next patient. The fact that they have a male and female doctor is great! I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for compassionate care! Thank you Dr. Salam and Dr. Ali!
