I had a really bad experience with CDW. Poor service since beginning through the end! It took one week to confirm my order with the credit department. I paid more to get express shipping in a 3-4 business days and it it took more than 2 weeks after many calls and emails. Furthermore, I didnt receive the monitor and never had a confirmation or a message that I wont receive it. I try to put more pressure with email to CustomerRelations@web.cdw.ca and had no results. No answer from my email!
