They gave me a hairdresser who hardly spoke English. I selected a style from a book and she created something like a crow's nest, crisscrossing strands of hair so it looked like I had bald patches. The hairdresser asserted that she made me a hairdo exactly like in the book. I told her to just comb my hair straight, and she started pulling it and tearing it out. Result: waste of time, loss of hair (I had to untangle them at home, inevitably pulling out some more), and not even an apology.
