    My blind dog has ...

    My blind dog has cancer and Micheal was gentle, kind, quick and did a great job cutting my nervous dog's nails. He came recommended to me by 2 neighbours. I would happily return in the future.

    Probably should have expected this...

    Called on the day to see if I could get my two small dogs groomed. After seven calls to other groomers, they were the only ones available. Although the people were very pleasant the salon itself is untidy and smells. The dogs were not groomed well. Their 'beards' were not cut straight, which left their faces looking untidy. There had been a small stain on the head of one of the dogs (it had happened shortly before I took them there), which had not been cleaned away. When I got them home, the dogs were desperately thirsty. I have been to good groomers that realise that dogs need water - especially if they are nervous as can happen at a new salon - and then offer to walk the dog a short way to ensure that they urinate. They charged me $50 per dog. My dogs are between 20lbs and 25lbs and this surprised me given the quality of the service. I would not recommend this groomer and will not use them again.
