Very unorganized staff. There is always someone sent to the wrong check out lane. Self check out frequency does not work and staff don’t care to help. Half of the staff have a mask in their chin.
After realizing that I had to leave my line up because only 2 lanes allow you to purchase alcohol, there was a line up. Was told I could pay for my alcohol and customer service, but had already left lineup. Went to self serve check out and items were not scanning in system. No one was working at self serve. When someone finally came over, they told me it appeared not to be in The system and went back to working at customer service. With no one to help me, I left my groceries and walked out.
