Lilac Hill Nail & Spa

Visited this salon on December 22. I was very disappointed with the service. I had a pedicure done and I ended up getting a shower. I realized from the start of my pedicure that the technician seemed to be inexperienced. However, I felt obligated to give her a try. This was the biggest mistake. My foot spa water flooded the floor, I got a shower and my nails looked like it was polished by a 2 yr old child. The polish had to be removed (shellac) and redone. Not recommending.

The staff are super nice and they did a wonderful job on my nails I would definitely come again!!!

They are great! They have great advice how to keep your nails looking their best. Tools are clean but building is a little older but they are wonderful!

After trying 3 other salons that were booked, I found the 3 employees relaxing in the chairs watching a TV show in Asian when I walked in. While my nails turned out okay, I felt like she was rushing to get me out of there. They also made me feel very uncomfortable by talking loudly in Asian and laughing the whole time, TV still on. No surprise that the place was empty, as they dont make you feel welcome. I certainly will not be going back.

Excellent Service, courteous and professional. Have been coming here for a while, and it has always been a positive experience.

Stay away from this place. The nail techs did not look interested in being there. They were on their phones most of the time. Did not use any product except water and polish, no cuticle cream or oil. End manicure and pedicure were not that good either.
