I have an issue where is my order was screwed up multiple times. The manager was really rude, yelled and talked over me. The cooks screwed up something really simple twice (nachos). How difficult is it to make nachos? Why do you have to take it hour we screwed up twice? The staff seem very unmotivated, have low morale and lots of attitude. I would not go back. Good customer service in Georgetown is not easy to find. They excel at bad customer service really well.
