I am presently addicted to the vermicelli noodles with chicken and spring roll. It is so fresh and delicious. Only problem is I want more!!! Could you make a larger size? Havn't tried anything else on the menu yet. The prices are so cheap.
Wow, I can't believe these negatives! When one goes to an ethnic restaurant and finds that most of the patrons are of that background, it seems to me to be a wise choice. Lunch is always packed and I see many of the same people every time. We love it and the folks who own it. Very courteous and they remember your name.
The food was okay but came in extremely small portions the fried spring rolls were the size of my pinkie finger.Service was prompt only because we were the only ones there.Place was gloomy and had a bad atmosphere.
We were very disappointed and very surprised by the wide range of opinions. in 2006 and 2007 maybe this was a great spot. Service was slow and the place was not super busy. We kept hoping the next thing to come out would be amazing, it never was. Food dribbled out. The beef soup I had was very good. But with a tab over $100 I bowl of soup doesn't cut it. Looked to us if they once had a great passion for a restaurant, but that has gone. Too bad, but we won't be back.
Came looking for real Vietnamese food. Disappointing, on all counts. Service average, food disappointing and overall, thanks but I will drive a little further for a real Vietnamese fix. Sorry
this place is awesome and very friendly!! great food!
I love Pho Saigon. I've been to far too many Pho places and this is what I consider my Pho home base. Just got back from China, and although I know the soup to be vietnemese in origin, nothing even came close to how good this soup is over in China. I have been going here since 2000 and will contune to do so until the end of time. keep up the good work.
THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY.
This is the place that got me hooked on Vietnamese food/cooking. The owners are very friendly. The food is amazing. Great spring rolls and cold shrimp rolls. Special beef soup with the lettuce and pineapple is awesome, but prepare to break a sweat! The atmosphere is cafeteria like and the bathrooms are kind of dated and dirty looking. If you can look past that, then you love this place. You can also get take out.
FANTASTIC FOOD! GREAT SERVICE. I would return daily :)
Love, Love, Love the Shrimp cracker soup and the fresh spring rolls. The service is great!
Originally from Guelph, I am a regular at Pho Saigon. When I went away to school in Toronto, I missed the food so much. None of the Vietnamese restaurants in Toronto compared, and we all know how many Viet places there are in Chinatown! Run by Michael and Qui, who you can tell are sincere-hearted people and people you get to know on a first name basis, the restaurant is amazing. Try #312!
I have been here hundreds of times. Thuy and Mike are great and the food is addictive. Best vietnamese food in the golden horseshoe.
Their food is absolutely AMAZING. I would most definitly come here over and over again for lunch and perhaps dinner. For those looking for a wide variety of Vietnamest food I would recommend this restaurant. The food service and waiters/waitresses are very nice. I LOVE them!
For a quick lunch, this restaraunt always has great tasting food. Our food has always arrived promptly and quality fresh. These restauranteurs certainly have beat the rest of the fast food restaurants in the area. Don't get me wrong, their food is by far not the typical "fast food". If you are looking for a healthy alternative that has very unique flavours, you have to try the Pho Saigon.
THEIR FOOD IS AMAZING! We go there almost everyday for lunch they have an amazing variety so theres always something new to eat you cant get bored! The best friendly service ever! :) LOVE THEIR FOOD!! CHEAP PRICES TOO AND LOTS OF FOOD! :D THATS ALWAYS GOOD!
The quality of the food at this restaurant has never failed us. Our children even view it as a treat when we dine there. The owners dont appear to put their efforts into atmosphere. More so, it appears like any small lunch cafe, but the food is excellent!
Their number 212 and springs rolls are to die for! Service - They even remember my name! This is another family run business - originally from Vietnam the owner, Michael knows how to cook! I love this place.
If you are looking for Pho, don't go to this restaurant. They definately serve the worst pho in Guelph among the other 3 restaurants that serve Pho in the town. Would not recommend it to anyone else looking for pho.
