Absolutely brutal. Took my car in to have the brakes checked out for a possible seized caliper already knowing what side and corner this was happening on. The man there proceded to treat me like a girl who knew nothing about cars and tried to scam me because of this poor assumption. He told me I would need both back calipers replaced along with new pads. When questioned why both calipers he initially said because thats how they do it, you automatically change both side when one side goes. Then c

Friendly customer service and easy to talk to. Prices are average. They do what is asked and call if anything additional comes up. They are not a perfect repair shop but I am a regular and trust their analysis.
