Mike's Submarines Head Office

I order subs here all the time and when I ordered them last night mine was LOADED with salt and pepper ( I assume accidently) but when I called today to make a complaint the owner was very rude to me and then said he wouldn't do anything unless I brought the sub in to him. Which of course I would've done immediately but he was closed by the time I got home and so I discarded the sub after the first disgustingly salty bite. I called today when they opened and was surprised by how I was treated.
