Very very expensive for what you get... NOT worth the money. Just because the hospital is across the street doesn't mean that everyone makes doctors wages.

This is the worst...

This is the worst place to order from. Lack of customer service skills and poor food for way too much $$. We orderd for 6 people.. over the phone they had told us $51.00... when came to pick up the food, they said 70.00 flat. Once we arrived back down the mountain, unpacked the food... realised there was clearly ALOT mossing from our order. Pur order could basocally feed only 4 people and clearly we didn't recieve a bag. We had called them 10 minutes after we had got home and received nothing but rudeness while we were being kind and explaining the fact that there had to be things missing because this was not 70.00 worth of food clearly. She asled if we could pick it up, we said no due to cracking open beers... they weren't able to deliver the things missing and she hung up. I will never order from here again the food was discusting and was very unpleased with the overall experience with that place. Staaaay far away.

Best Chinese food in town!! Great customer service always polite and on time. It is always very constant which is hard to find now a days. Have been buying there for years and will continue to!!!!

Have been ordering from Pagoda on Concession...

Have been ordering from Pagoda on Concession, seems like forever. The food is almost always good and there is always plenty of it. With my order, I received free S&S Spare Ribs which is one of my favourites! The service is always prompt and courteous. Very rarely am I diasappointed. On occassion, the dry garlic ribs can be a little tough, but the taste is always great! I have recommended Pagoda to my friends and they, too, have been very satisfied with price, quality and quantity. I'm going to place an order right now!

Yes I have to agree with another here, it is not the prettiest place on the planet. But it makes up for it with the food. The Best Chinese Food ever. And it does beat the heck out of the mass produced stuff !!!! Go out and get some NOW !!!!

We had take out, thankfully, as once we walked in and got a whiff of the place, we were definitely not into sitting there for any length of time. HOWEVER, the spicy noodles are the best in the city (and actually spicy!) and the butterfly shrimp with mushroom sauce is to die for. They say they're known for their lemon chicken, but it's forgettable at best.

Best take out chinese food in greater hamilton area including Niagara and st catharines . Beats the tar out of Mass produced manadarin take out. Great food at a great price!!!! have been going to pagoda now since about 1977.

The Pagoda has never been the prettiest place. The service has been acceptable. Their food is hit and miss, but usually more hit than miss. I go back for the Dry Garlic Ribs & the best Egg Rolls I have found. I'm sure other reviewers will have a laugh over that comment.
