I can never know but it sure feels to me that Hanover Tours assumes that because of the age of the clients or because so many on this trip are farmers who will be very busy when they get home, that no one will do anything about the mistakes made and the failure to make things right to the satisfaction of these (now former) Hanover Tours clients.

Recently returned from your New Years tour to Branson Mo.and my wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly in spite of the cold weather.We live in Kleinburg and our shuttle pick up is at the Bolton Fairgrounds which can be quite remote when returning on a cold winter's night.Would it be feasible to change the pick up/drop off location to the Hampton Inn and Suites further south on Highway 50 in Bolton?My thinking is that the venue there would provide protection from inclement weather if any delays happen.

Agawa canyon tour Oct 2 2017. First night on our tour and they have put us in a run down dirty super 8 in parry sound. Rooms not prepared and they can't accommodate our group for dinner. Hanover will be hearing from our whole group about this.

Week Tour cancelled we still have not got our money back. When our expression of disappointment of our summer holiday being cancelled Jim the owner he said tours are cancelled all the time and that I was being selfish! This company you just cannot rely on them. Book your trip somewhere else to avoid disappointment. We now have a peak July Week that we cannot book something else because it is too late.
