Horrible horrible place I went in for a manicure and pedicure with shellac at 310 pm and was finished everything by 350. They did a very quick job with cuticles and scrubbing heals there’s still dry skin. This was my second time going (first time I went I wasn’t impressed) but I wanted to give them a second chance. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!! Sloppy job with no customer service

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to. Had gel nails put on, they literally started falling off the next day and by the 3rd day they were ALL off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, don’t waste your money.

O my god, i had really bad experience there in shell' snails. They charge also changed after they started the service. They didn't give me the detail receipt. Just put the money. I don't recommend to go there its really bad

Absolutely love this salon! Only my second time going here and the staff are amazing. Always willing to give suggestions and provide a flawless service. Would definitely recommend!

Want to be insult...

Want to be insulted to your face in a different language without you knowing? Go here! Came here, brought someone who understands the language the staff speaks. Friend told me all the nasty things they were saying about us and other customers. After doing a terrible job, we asked to speak to the owner. And all she said was "I can't control my staff". I've gone here for years, and I've never been so disappointed and hurt from my experience. I won't be returning again.

Excellent Experience

I have been to Shell's nails countless times, and every time it has been a great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a relaxing manicure or pedicure experience. They are also AMAZING with kids! Very reasonably priced, courteous, and very friendly.

Whoever is on the phone today is awful. Ummm and ahh and didn't really give good customer service over the phone. I don't feel welcomed but I'm going to have my mani pedi there soon so well see how that goes. 1 star for phone service cause I can't give half a star
