Fixed a plugged drain a few months ago /replaced water heater /good job /followed all COVID protocols

If you want to get overcharged double the hours than were originally agreed upon, wait for their service man to show up 5 hours later because somebody forgot to make notes on the scheduled service agreed upon over the phone or whatever the reason, but later on find out that they didnt know they were supposed to come, and then in the very end of it all get threatened to get sent to the collection agency because you dont agree to the amount they are charging you, this is the place to go.

Made an appointment and was advised that a technician would be there the next day between 12-5 pm . No one showed up or called me , I expect to be treated better !

Only plumber/ gas fitter to arrive when they said they would. Plumbing installation wasn't quite right but they rectified the problem the next day! Customer service was extraordinary.

With no hot water in our "new to us" house, we called Hammond Plumbing. They came out quickly and did a fantastic job! The installers were professional and clean. They completed the job on budget and on time. We will choose them again and refer our friends.
