Hot Wok Chinese Restaurant

We have ordered from Hot Wok twice in the last few months and both times they have missed either putting everything from our order or most recently giving us all our bags when we picked it up. I mentioned the issue when I called in on Saturday January 25, 2020 and was told they would have everything ready this time. When I got their they handed me a bag saying it was complete however as I got home in North Waterloo, they called to say they missed giving us one. no apology and no customer service

Thought I'd treat husband to Chinese food after shopping. Ordered General Tao chicken and beef dish. Tasted and smelled horrible. Never been so sick. Couldn't stand smell in fridge and threw leftovers out. Day off work-food poisoning? Won't go back.

Ordered 'General Tso's Chicken'. As we sat waiting, one of the cooks came into view and was packing food into boxes. We noticed his long hair and discussed the chances of finding one of his hairs in our food. We got home and started eating. The chicken was good, nice and spicy and had enough sauce. The downside to this experience was finding a single hair, about 2 inches long underneath the chicken and broccoli. Will not return.

Mediocre

OK food but nothing special. The spring rolls were greasy. The two main chicken dishes were OK but my wife didn't feel like finishing the Lemon Chicken.

I know that some people are not big fans of spicy food, but if you are and your looking for the best spicy food around >>Hot Wok's General Tao's Chicken is the way to go.Even if you dont like spicy food i would prefere there menu over anything. There dumplings are mouth watering and the service with them is amazing! You want Fast/Affordable/Food Delivery Then look no further.

Hottest wok in town!

For your standard chinese restaurant, this is pretty good rafe. Egg rolsls were hot and inviting, the wonton soup -- yummy, and we had to have the pu pu platter, just becvasue of its' name. And it didn't dissapoint We'll giv'er again...
