Tried them again today, by calling ahead. Was told 5:51 it would be ready at 5:30. Didn't get my food until 6:30. ASsed a number of times if it was ready, only to find out the last time i asked that it was actually sitting in their warming tray the whole time! BRUTAL service here. STAY AWAY.
My wife and myself went on a Saturday afternoon at 4 pm, dining room was almost empty, no one in line and it took 15 Mins for us to be seated. When we finally sat, the dinning room was a mess, floor and tables dirty. They sat us at a table it was disgusting. So we requested to move tables and that one was no brtter. We both ordered a cold fountain pop, when they arrived even the cups were dirty!!! I was actually able to scratch things off with my nail. Orders came and they completely screwed up both our sides and then waited another 15 mins for them to switch it. This is an absolute disgusting place! It should he shut down!!
When we received our delivered meal my wife's meal was completely burned. This wouldn't have been so bad except that we spent an hour and a half on the phone convincing someone to do something about it. The service and food at Swiss Chalet is horrid and I will never eat there again.
