    99% of the time o...

    99% of the time orders are wrong ... waits are at least 20- 25 mins and then you still are not guaranteed the correct order.. witness a customer who was sitting with her food for over 5 mins bring back a chicken burger because it was the wrong burger and an employee placed the chicken burger back on the food warmer... another customer said something regarding the fact and she replied no I wouldn't hand it out to another customer but she still left it front and center for another employee to serve it to the next customer.... Unbelievable. ..
