called to see what this outfit wanted to change from 2 my snow tires to my summer tires....$135!!! Bring a jar of Vaseline if you decide to go here!

Attended at store to make a return. Got in the return line. As I waited the three service employees pretty much ignored me, one of the agents shutting her station down as I approached her. Other customers walked in to the refund area and were dealt with before me. The refund area has no apparent organization to ensure customers are dealt with in order of arrival. Upon finally getting to deal with an agent her demeanour was very aloof and almost rude. Very unhelpful.

Great friendly staff, knowledgeable. Clean store including washroom. Assortment of items plenty of it. close by. Great atmosphere and good prices.
