RUN!!!! Very, very poor experience. Waited 3 months for him to review 3 contracts, never did. Waiting months for the return of my deposit for his retainer,......still waiting. RUN VERY FAST!!

Slow service. When I ask for follow ups I am ignored. The issue I am dealing with has gone on for almost 6 months and there is no resolution for me or communication as to what my next steps could be. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Refcio & Associates are NOT what they make them selves to be. It's like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. They screen your calls and actually make it quite obvious they are doing so and rarely return your calls or emails. I would not recommend this law firm to my family or friends.

I would not recommend this law firm. Dozens of messages went in answered by my, my bank, my insurance and my agents. terrible customer service. its sickening that you get treated this way when you pay them as much as we do. save your self some headache and go elsewhere!! I was upfront with the firm about needing 3 deals to close. after the way I was treated on the first deal I will never ever go back even if they did a buy one get one free. worst transaction ever!!!!

I bought a house ...

I bought a house and use their services. The staff is professional. Rod answers your calls promptly. The fee is also very reasonable compared to a few other lawyers I called. Highly recommend.

Terrible and slow...

Terrible and slow service they close my file three weeks later I ended up paying $1100 extra to the previous lender just because of them they don't answer the phone and don't respond your phone messages will never step in their door again and.
