Unfortunately this charitable foundation does not receive feedback well! Either from the tenants or from family members who observe the many problems that exist at the Board level and management level of the organization. This could be a facility that provides community spirit and interesting activities for the senior population it serves. Instead, it discourages input and suggestions, intimidates and contributes to loneliness and isolation particularly for low-income and disabled seniors.
