My grandmother has been there for over a year and her mental health has steadily declined. She is a devout, South Asian woman who, for religious reasons, does not cut her hair. WITHOUT her permission, WITHOUT advising her, someone at this facility decided to cut her hair. She was devastated! The manager assured us she would get to the bottom of this...six months ago. No one has replied since. They bill themselves as culturally sensitive. They are not. They have needlessly added to her suffering.
