Wonderful from start to finish. Ann at the front desk was amazing. We had booked our tent with another company from the community, but they called just a few days before our event to tell us they had no tent for us! We called Affair in a panic and they saved the day with very little notice. The tent and rentals were beautiful and the cost was very reasonable. Visiting their showroom to confirm, I knew right away we should never have gone anywhere else. Many thanks! SP

Buyer Beware! Equipment is in terrible condition and the staff is of no to little help. We recently rented everything you could need for a party of 30 at our new house. Our hardwood floors were damaged by their chairs, as some did not have any caps on them. We were basically told that it is not their responsibility to protect our floors and they do not have to put plastic caps on the chairs to prevent them from scratching, but admit that they are aware of the problem as it is a regular issue and they normally advise client beforehand to be careful (which they didn't with us) and also that they probably should do a better job at inspecting their equipment. BTW We spoke to Chris, and if he truly knew what it meant to be a manager, he would take control of the situation and rectify the problem...Alas, customer service is not their strong point. I really dislike writing review like this, but if we can prevent others from this unfortunate incident then this review is well worth it.
