terrible customer service. will never buy from this company again. Buyer beware

I have been trying to buy a machine for a month and their website has been working or something has gone wrong. Customer service people are nice but cannot help. never seen anything like this on the internet.

Have one of the Dedica EC885M machines. Ordered descaler online in November 2022. Received order by courier. Box was damaged due to leaking product. Contacted DeLonghi through Customer Service online chat. Bungled up the replacement shipment in the U.S. Total # of service tickets - 6. 2nd shipment arrived and package again had leaking product. Wrote a complaint letter to send to DeLonghi Canada. I will never buy another one of their products and never order again online.

Coffee Maker EC680, nice machine, worked fine 2 month until orange light on the steam button comes ON.Proceed with Descaling,which was not needed!! Clear fluid came out!Start process of rinsing with clear water(3x), did not work! Call experts from De Longhi, they couched me by phone for 45 min, no success. Now warranty repair, will take 2-3 weeks!!! I would never buy De Longhi product.Probably good product was discredited by stupid automatic program, which you can't cancel.Too late to get money
