Good advice for 3 of my cases but disappointed to be treated as a transaction and charged for $79 for a 10 minute conversation, even though I paid thousands of dollars to Simon Heath for my former employment cases already. Over the phone he indicated that he was disappointed with my email to him which I indicated that I was being nickel and dimed by him for a $79 transactional charge, but he did clarify that is how he earns his business. Fair enough, but he lost a life long client over $79.

Employment severance advice

I felt Simon worked hard and I would recommend him to other clients.

Yells at customers and then hangs up phone out of frustration! Very Un professional and in mature. Wouldn't even give me his name. That's very scary considering he claims to fight for your rights. Would not trust him at all!!

Awful service...n...

Awful service...no business with words "human rights" on website. Treats clients terribly and apparently his staff too after first hand experience while there...wow. Zoo animals have better social skills...shame on you!
