    I have really tried to give this place my business (3 times so far) and each time time it was a highly unpleasant experience.

    This is my favourite chandlery. The website is difficult to use, but they have been helpful over the phone, their catalogue is exhaustive, and it is worth the trip to see them in person. They have reasonable prices, excellent stock, and are happy to bring in whatever you need. Best aspect is how knowledgeable the staff are
