Always kind and professional

I am writing this email with regards to the negative review below. This gentelman must of been having a bad day and had nothing better to do but to take it out on someone else. I am a patient of the office and have dealt directly with the management with regards to questions about my account and several other things. I have recieved nothing but the best service a office has to offer. The management has always been kind and courtious with my questions. Management has always offered answers and explinations very proffesionally. This also goes for the whole office the service is wonderful. My best advice is to always see for yourself, you will be impressed by Kingsbury dental.

Quality service.

I had to respond to the earlier negative comment made re: this dental office. My experience is quite the opposite. I knew this office when it first started over 20 years ago. My whole family and a number of friends have come to like visiting the dentist because of the excellent environment and friendly professional care given at every visit. The practice has expanded - as you would expect with a sucessful practice but, the care has always remained very good. I am now retired and with typical tooth deterioration at this age. The dentist has been extreemly sensitive to my real needs. Great consultaion and advice and very fair pricing as I now have no formal dental plan. Even though I now live 35km away, I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. I think the previous disgruntled person was just having a very bad day and irrationally and mistakenly trashed Kingsbury. Read the other reviews under the dentists name in the yellow pages. They are all 5 stars. I would give even more stars if I could. Dentistry the way it should be given for all ages. Highly recommended!

Worst Dental Office

Management is Absurd, unprofessional and discourteous. Spoke with the Manager regarding many issues with my account, only to receive very offensive verbal remarks and false accusations. The staff is quite courteous and reception is very pleasant. However, I would recommend seeking another choice for your family dentist. My overall rating reflects the appalled treatment received by the Manager.
