I called Goldsmith for a second time to transport my dementia mother, dispatch was professional told me what to expect, the cost and time the driver would be there. There was a wonderful young man, Brian, that showed up and greeted mom as if he had known her for years... mom told him stories and he listened intensely. He was a wonderful person... experience from start to finish was great, right to making sure mom was settled in her chair in her room. Well worth the experience. Thank you!
