We called the clinic in regards to getting our kitten neutered and gave them our shot history. They said that they could likely squeeze us in but that they would need to examine him first. We drove half an hour, they looked at him for 5 minutes and then told us he needs to wait 3 more weeks due to their policy and then handed us a bill for almost $100 (for "examining" him). They didn't even look at his tooth (which we identified both on the phone and on the intake form as being an issue)
