How can you run a business on such terrible customer service/food?
They gave us the wrong pizza, apologized, and brought a cold pizza in exchange. When asked about this, I was told to "put it in the microwave" by a Palace Pizza Employee. He said there is nothing that can be done further, stop asking, and hung up me.
This place is usually decent but I will never buy from them again, think before ordering folks!
Returned to Palace Pizza.. This time the grease separated the toppings from the crust. The pizza was horrible... Don't know what went wrong between the two times I visited.
The word palace in the name is very misleading as you will notice when you take a step through the door. I ordered take out and I recommend for you to do the same. My mouth watered on the way home because of the sweet smell from the pizza dough.. the taste was even better then the smell! This is my favourite pizza place now. When I read all good reviews I thought they were too good to be true, but the pizza is worth the hype. No grease on the cheese or under the pizza. How????
As soon as you walk through the door you can smell some wondeful food . Dining is very casual in this family run business . We had the spaghetti and the lasagna and garlic cheese bread . The garlic cheese bread is almost a meal it self and has as much cheese as they can get on it . Both our pasta orders were served quickly and hot by our very friendly waitress . If your tired of chain restauants this is a nice change . This is the best quality italian food for the price i have found in the GTA .
Honestly, the best pizza slice I ever had. You must try it. I think it's something in the sauce and the dough. Next to no grease and quality ingredients. Service was great from the owner. Made you know she appreciated your business. The place is apparently been there for 36 years and it shows...but it's all part of the charm. 5 stars!
The food is good, but there are few friends or familiy members that hang out there and are very loud, and I think make comments about you while you wait for your food and eat. They also stare. Get rid of the extra people that are not there to eat and talk so loud. We will try take out next time.

I love the pizza. I work in town and I try to pick up pizza atleast twice per month. I drive home to Georgina and the pizza smells way too good to wait. I must sneak a piece before I get to the drive way. You must try the pizza.
The owners run this place and they have been very nice to my children when we have decided to dine inn.

WOW! I brought my 3 kids with me to try this place out, and I was not disappointed. The Pizza was "the best I've ever had" to quote my 13yr old son, and that's an endorsement if I've ever hear one!
The spaghetti portion was HUGE, we only ate half. The owners took care of us and were the most kind and attentive I've seen in years. The prices are still from the 70's, and I'm not complaining, great deal, better food.
We will be back, maybe for take-out though next time as they have a few "questionable" folks who like to hang out and drink the cheap beer...

Palace has the best pizza slices I have ever had. I actually crave them. I have no idea what kind of sauce they use, but it is amazing. The crust is always soft and the cheese is never skimpy. Anyone looking for a great slice of pizza must try Palace.
