Midas Auto Service Experts

I came to Midas to have them repair a grinding brake. My first indication of the poor level of service should have been the fact that there were absolutely no other vehicles in the service bays or in the parking lot. I felt the quote was 30% high. He became rude then began stating that I wouldn’t be able to fix it myself. When I told him I was going to another mechanic he was belligerent “why didn’t you go there then” “what’s your manchanic going for do for you”. Answer treat me with RESPECT!

Great service. Really helpful personel. Would recommend to my friends. They will not push unnecessary repairs on you

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. The owner should NEVER talk to customers and the service writer is incompetent and lazy. They did not properly secure a part on my vehicle which slowed down my trip by HOURS while I had to find and pay another facility to fix it. When I arrived home, I contacted the store only to be violated a second time by the store owner, he flat out refused to help stating "go ahead and call corporate, the only thing they will do is call me and tell me to call you" Midas should monitor the places that they allow to use their name, I will never go to another, nor will my family.
