Customer service
The customer service in the office is horrible. Twice I had to go with my 2 yr old with special needs and the women in the office treated us without compassion or any feelings. They are rude mean and condescending. (Esspecially the blonde blue eyed woman) Attending an appointment with a toddler is hard enough I shouldn't have to deal with them.
