ZERO STARS Absolutely by far the worst and I mean worst customer experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favour and go to the any other dealership !!! nothing but problems been lied to since the start lied to about the truck itself then completely lied to about the warranty there warranty is useless and we got the most expensive one. Would write more but cut me off in my review bottom line deceitful and the min you give them the money your nothing and will have nothing but headaches

I researched my Ford escape on their website. I sent my wife over to test drive the vehicle. She loved it like I knew she would. When I arrived back in town I went over and negotiated the deal I wanted and secured the terms in less than an hour and a half. The staff are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Called ahead to arrange a test drive and the vehicle was ready (and arm) when we arrived. Matt was friendly and courteous. He did not push or get aggressive. We were happy with the deal we made and I picked up the car yesterday. Again, Matt walked me through all of the vehicles options and was understanding when I wanted to get back on the road quickly because of the bad weather. Until Blackstock, Ive never been a fan of maintenance at dealerships. These folks are outstanding - great service, fair pricing, and most importantly for me - time. They schedule properly so they can take the vehicle in promptly and dont leave it just sitting. The person at the desk is knowledgeable and the cookies in the waiting area are worth the trip. There are Ford dealerships closer, but I havent found one better.
