Was trying to contact the Orillia store on Nov 23 - Phoned 3 times in a space of ten minutes _ no one answered the phone. Tried another number for the Orillia store - again no answer. The company spiel kept coming back telling me how I could contact BB - no one would pick up that phone either. I took my business elsewhere .
