Dr Anne Sorensen North Oshawa Medical Centre

I’ve been coming to this doctor for 10 years and Dr. Sorensen is a wonderful doctor, but her secretary is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. She has zero professionalism and is rude to customers, will NOT be coming back because of the secretary.

I've been with dr. Sorensen from the beginning when she started I can't say enough about her and her staff how wonderful they are I feel like family every time I go in not a problem if there's a problem with this Clinic it's the person who's coming in not the staff not the doctors all I can say is good things about them and the way they treat everybody more continued success thank you very much

Very poor customer service. I have been a patient of her for almost 19 years and the recipient was very rude and obnoxious to me.
