I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time.
This is the 3rd time that they’ve screwed up my order for delivery. Credit has been offered but it is extremely frustrating. I won’t be ordering from them again. This time rushed” out what was missing took an extra 20mins and they still forgot stuff.
I placed an order for a Quarter Chicken Dinner. And when my Wife received it , all it had was a Single Chicken Leg, with a Small Fry. And to top it off , was a delivery guy who didn't have any change !!. Now come on , People !!!. A Single Chicken Leg With Small Fry !!. For 13.50. Theirs something wrong there !!!.
Tonight, March 15, 2014, we as a family is going to this location for dinner as usual, we have been going to this location ever since it was open many years ago.
Because of March Break, this place is very busy. We waited a bit and got seated at a table. We waited over 20 minutes while the waitress was walking around us and completed ignore us. She was serving other tables and cleaning up other tables, she didn't even come and say 'Hi, I am your waitress and I will be with you just a few minutes'.
After 30 minutes, she finally came to our table as if we were just sat down. At that point, we lost our dinner mood and decided to leave this place. We con-fronted the manager and expressed our complete dis-satifation of this kind of treatment. We will never come back to this place again!!!!!!!!!
