L'extérieur est banal et quelconque. L'intérieur est contextualisé à la mode indienne. La nourriture est excellente et le service correct.
The staff were very helpful in this fine setting. The lighting is fantastic and the food is phenomenal. The food is delicious. If you wanted to get a good chicken meal i would order the butter chicken and defiantly some naan. The food surprises your pallet with every bite. We drove 2 hours just to eat here!! VERY WELL DONE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I went for buffet and dine-in too....it was one of the finest dining exprience i ever had in ottawa. The food was superb.....no complains at all .....the food containers were so authentic really great job by the management I have not recieved good service in indian restaurents in ottawa but aahar takes it all...there servers are young and politeness is the best in them, their recomendations about the food was superb ......the atmosphere was fresh ....manager/ owner so friendly My dining experience in heart of carling and churchill was THE BEST OF ALL. I am an Indian food lover, and this place makes the grade! As soon as we entered we were taken aback with how beautiful it was inside. Detailed carved wooden chairs, fresh red roses on every table, interesting artwork, a really upscale atmosphere! We ordered the Dal Tadka and Allo Mattar for pick up, and the chef made special accommodations for my dairy allergy without any trouble. The food was amazing with my partner and I scraping out every last bit from the bowl. We will definitely be going back, and next time we'll stay and eat in the wonderful atmosphere.This is such a lovely little restaurant and I would recommend it to anyone!
