This clinic is amazing! I went for a PCR test the doctors were great the place was clean and most of all I didn’t have to wait long! Highly recommend 10/10!

If I could put Zero Stars! I have never seen anything worst than any place I could compare. Totally unprofessional receptionist. They should not be in that line of job where they have to deal with patients who are already stressed out due to their illnesses and to think that they front in representing that clinic. They should train their staff or just make them aware to be courteous the very least. What’s even worse is a nurse not a doctor who’s advising you and giving prescription?

The most unfriendly reception staff I have ever come across. Apparently it is too much to offer a smile or a friendly greeting. They make you feel like they are doing you a favour just by their presence. Today they dont have a washroom for my child to use. No apologies or alternatives offered. Go here if you have all day to spare. Unbelieveably long wait times. Dr. Milankov is great though.

This clinic has always been there for me and has even squeezed me in for cases that required immidate attention. They've helped me when I was scared and made me feel comfortable, making sure I had everything I needed. I'm sure they'll do the same for you.

This was the most unhelpful, and rudest experience I have ever encountered with medical personnel. I was told they had stopped seeing patients 45 mins before close due to the doctor needing to be somewhere for 1pm. No compassion or empathy. I will never return to this location.

Asked me to come out at 12:21 when they close at 12:30 and closed the doors as I walked in the clinic. Stay a away. Go to the clinic down the street

2nd time I've tried this place. I calling before and waited on hold forever. I got the pre-recorded message - they were open from 10am-6pm on Mon Dec 8/14 - it was 3:45pm, should be fine. Door was locked door and a notice (many notices so lots of reading) stating that they were no longer accepting patients for today. What? Really at 3:45pm, they've decided enough for today!?!?!? Another wasted trip, I won't try again and this place will waste your time too.
