When I got into a...

When I got into an accident they were responsible for shipping my goods to me. I am now missing some materials (charging cords for my cell phone, gps, etc...). I called supposedly after the shipment was made and they couldn't find the tracking which result in me having to get on the phone for over 90 minutes just to get the tracking number. Then they called me again asking me to pay for it which I told them it was the insurance company's job. They wanted me do all the leg work for their mistake.
