I called in to the office to inquire about a claim, the receptionist I spoke to wasn't understanding me, I knew this when I verified what she was saying and instead of listening just kept talking which I now know is because she LOVES the sound of her own voice so she kept taking despite not knowing what I was talking about and when I hung up called me back and when I tried to speak said to me "DO NOT speak or we won't help you" I hung up again and called the Regional Manager.
