Worst roti I ever had in my life
Bone dry roti, only half filled rest of half was just folded wrap. Ice cold meat, full of fat. Terrible experience, I would never go to this place again.
They don't even put the roti in a container, the wrap was broken from one side and now potatoes and fat roti instead of goat roti was falling apart all over. Waste of money, time and terrible food
I have nothing bad to say about your restaurant. I know sometimes it is a long wait, but I understand that lots want the a good meal for lunch, so waiting only emphasizes the fact the for something good it is worth the wait. Well done folks. These new start up joints cannot hold a candle to you. Continue the good fight. You will survive.
This has been my favorite roti spot since I was in highschool. I haven't tasted roti like it yet. I absolutely love it! Though, I could do without the rudeness at the counter. The food is what keeps me coming back.
Great little find here, they've gone through a pretty nice reno now and have surpassed the 'hole-in-the-wall' status they had before. I've had quite a few things on the menu. The one women, might be the owner has a bit of attitude...she would have the doubles made then throw them on the counter and say 'HERE'. I mean, I ordered doubles not a buss-up-shot, plus I'm a paying customer, no need to be rude...I'll still go back though. Check it out.
This place serves cheap and tasty roti. I had the chicken roti, which tasted above average. Basically, it was like curry in a wrap. The roti/pita itself was pretty soft and easy to eat. I'd prefer a different flavor other than curry, though. I've had better.
However, it's a great value for the price, as the rotis are big enough for a meal.
my friends from work couldn't stop talking about roti hut
so i decided to go try it with them,there was a long line up but i guess their staff was good because in 5 mins i was at the desk to order,the best part i like is even though they were so busy the young lady taking orders was very friendly and has the sweetest smile ever.their food was very good,i enjoyed it alot and will definately
let others kno abt it.the atmosphere is amazing too.its a nice place to take your family.
the roti hut was recommended to me by the people i work with so me and my husband decided to visit.the curry was very tasty and the roti was indeed like silk.i hav never had curry in my life but now it will be my regular place to have my dinners.i will surely let others know about it.as for the service it was the best customer service i have had in years. the cashier is such a sweet girl and is very polite.she made sure we comfortable and we enjoy talking to her.if not for the food i will certainly return just for her service.
I heard so much good things about The Roti Hut food that I had to try it my self,without a doubt it was the best roti I ever had, and I have been around to many other's and non can compare.The chicken was not boneless leg but boneless breast which many other places don't have.The curry was juicy and full of flavour and the roti, soft as silk .I also heard about the renovation and how great it looked.Well,it was no lie the place is just beautiful,not forgetting clean and spotless.Ifound the staff to be friendly and very helpful.My overall experience Ihave to say was excellent,it will definitely be my home for rotis.
I've been coming here for 25 years, obviously because the food has been so tasty and the gravies so juicy that you have to lick your fingers as you eat the roti.
But tonight, 1 May 2008, I don't know what happened! I took the food as takeout to eat at home, and all the curries withing the roti shells where so dry and tasteless, that they tasted like cardboard. I did not notice if the cook was the same as always, but the lady putting together the rotis was the same as always. I hope they did not change the cook, because if this is the way is going to be from now on, they will loose a 25 years long customer. I tried to telephone them to let them know that I was really disappointed with the food tonight, but no one answer the phone. It would really be a shame if the cook lost her touch, especially now that they have a beautiful place after the renovation. I will try the food again in a few days and if it is still no good, I'll never go back.

My husband and I frequent Roti Hut on Fridays for their Chicken Rotis. There is no other restaurant that can even compare to the taste of their Rotis. The only thing that I find would hender their business is the service from the cashier. She isn't pleasant with customers at all. We made a comment on the new look of the restaurant and she just said "Oh" and turned around. Either she gets her customer service skills with it or she should get the steppen.

The Roti Hut is usually busy and for good reason. It is an unpretentious local restaurant that serves great roti and doubles at reasonable prices. Reading over some of the other reviews, I can’t understand how anyone can say anything negative about this place.
2 boneless goat roti's, 1 boneless chicken roti, 1 potato roti, and 1 soup. All for $30
This was the most satisfying roti I've had in a very long time. Coming back for sure. They renovated the seating area too, so we dined in.
Though the food is very tatsy, the horrible service provided by the cashier is disgusting (perhaps it was a bad day). Though the service was no excuse, I will again brave out the bitter old lady.
