Terrible customer service, worst experience ever. You book a service, never gets done on time, or even get completely done. You call customer service, they promise to get things done... then nothing happens and you call and you call and you call. They say they’ll send people to do your service, nothing gets done, (they don’t even apologize - it’s almost like they think it’s ok to ignore customers) and the cycle just repeats itself.
Should be avoided at all costs.
Be prepared to be ignored when you come in. Then be prepared to wait for the hot tub guy to get off the phone about a half hour. During that wait a nice guy from another dept. will help but be shooed away by the hot tub guy when he finally gets off the phone. Then you will have to listen to the hot tub guys spiel for another half hour, kind of condescending, know it all, likes to hear himself speak, and they don,t have the best deals. And the wait time to got one in is a month. cheesh
