The staff is AMAZING!! If you consider the workload they have and how they are still able to keep a positive attitude. I have been to this clinic MANY times as it is the ONLY place I go for my medical care. The doctors are quick but if you have questions they will take their time to answer them. THANK YOU Glenridge for all your hard work!!!
I was surprised by so many negative reviews until my personal visit. The stuff shows lack of acknowledge, negative communication skills, no respect to patients what so ever, they just don't care, and the worst part is they certainly do not afraid to show that in front of you! Sayonara! To be fair, not all of the doctors there are bad, but hey !I am not the only one complaint.
Amazing doctors and reception is very understanding and helpful! I have been coming here since 2007 and i will continue to come here! Thank you for always being there glenridge walk-in clinic!
This place needs to stop hiring individuals that make you wonder how on earth they got a degree in this field. I am so shocked by my experience today and it is concerning how rude the male docs are here... honestly DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME HERE! You won't be a happy patient that's for sure.
Fast and friendly help. I asked the secretary if I would be able to to get my prescription filled to make sure I wasn't waiting for nothing. she was friendly, and told me that was no problem. I barely got to sit down in the waiting room at 4:30 on a Friday before I was called into the doctors office. I got my prescription written and was there less than 10 minutes total. The staff at the pharmacy next door filled it quickly for me.
Dr. M Bertelo is the worst doctor that I've ever seen. She was extremely rude and completely dismissed my symptoms. She told me what symptoms I have, when it should be the patient telling the doctor what symptoms they have. It seemed like patients were a waste of her time. After being completely belittled and ignored, I went to another clinic where I actually received treatment for my symptoms.

Terrible. I was seen for two minutes by the most brusque and rude Dr. I've seen in years. I was asked one question and then immediately berated for 2 minutes on how my concern was completely invalid. I could not get a word in edgewise and by the end of the Dr.'s tirade I was too brow beaten to even cite the reasons I was concerned. I left almost immediately without demanding that the proper tests be done because I was so defeated by this aggressive and dismissive person.
Unfortunately the office receptionist today at 3:15 was enough to never go back. I'd say any receptionist who tells patients the dr would see them and then in the next breathe tell them to leave, or I'll call the "cops" should be fired. I went in as a mother with a child who was five with a minor rash. No big deal- just say your closed, and suggest another clinic. What a bizarre experience. Totally spoiled that location for me.
I was visiting family over the holidays and became ill. Family members told me about clinic so I called for the holiday hrs and was cheerfully greeted by a person who was very helpful. When I arrived at the clinic it was busy but moving along well ( I was prepared for a wait) The dr. was very helpful and reassuring. I will recommend this clinic to anyone for fast and friendly service.
On a positive note, very nice, clean and friendly environment. Otherwise, I am not impressed. Doctors don't listen to you much and rush through your appointment. My biggest complaint would have to be their failure to inform me that I was pregnant. I only found out 6 weeks later when I brought my results in to my family doctor in Toronto who right away spotted it and was in shock that they didnt say anything when it clearly indicated it on my results...even with double asterisks. So thanks, but no thanks. Never going back
