Grantham Medical Clinic

Went on Saturday around 12:20 pm. The wait was not bad at all and the doctor was so nice. I was out by 1:10 pm.

Worst Clinic I've ever been to. Receptionist was cold,rude,disrespectful and treated me like I was subhuman. I really like my doctor but being treated like garbage and feeling humiliated when trying to book an appointment is not worth it. Time to find a place that knows how to treat people ! One STAR is way to good for this place but there was no option to give 0 stars

Had an ear infection for 6 months. Don't remember his name but doctor seemed of middle eastern origin. He seemed to try and avoid getting close to me as much as possible. Barely palpated my ears. Looked into them and said he couldn't see anything and that there was no problem. Gave me zero treatment. Weeks later I of course still had pus-filled itchy ears. Went to another clinic, got antibiotics for the infection. Ears are on the mend, no thanks to Grantham Medical.

Fantastic Service! Quick and Efficient!

I couldn't be more disappointed and angry at the same time. Called at 7:30 to see if they were still taking patients and was told yes but if it got busy they couldn't guarantee that would be the case when I got there. I got there at 7:47 and they were closed when it clearly states on the door that they are open until 8. I know it says depends on patients and Dr availability but why wasn't I told that when I called? So my daughter had to suffer with an ear infection. DO NOT GO THERE.

Registration staff are patient and kind. Doctors are profession and thorough. It can be busy most of the time so there is always waiting .

Find a new dr, don't waste your time! All you are is a paycheck to these people. Zero stars if that was an option

The wait was very short,doctor was good but the nurse was very rude. I can not understand why this person works there with 0 people skills. I will never go back.

It is a walk in clinic so expect to wait and be patient. I have never had an issue the times I have gone there or with my kids. I get in, be seen by whatever doctor is available and they treat. They are very good at referring you to a specialist if required. I ended up getting a family doctor out of it and he is very well mannered, listens to you and does not rush you.

Receptionist is horrible! I called to follow up with my referral and Darlene hung up on me. She could not answer any of my questions. Extremely rude .. As for the doctor. He seemed out of it. He started the referral for the WRONG patient.

Good and bad experience here - the wait times are always good however the care is not. The best doctor I've seen at the clinic who actually listened to my issue and sent me for tests etc was Dr. K. Alnhisi - to be honest he was one of the best doctors I've seen in quite a while. I have also seen Dr. D. Rosa - He wanted to rush me out of the door and just write me a doctors note. And another doctor I saw who only works Thursdays from 3-8 - worst/rudest and unhelpful physician I've ever seen

This clinic used to be my favourite clinic and staff was really good .nurses were good ..met this new nurse today and her expression was not good at all ..Hello, I am not getting service free or you are not treating me free!! This lady was so rude to me .I am very sad . I am not going to come again .

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE EVER! My 9 month old daughter is sick with a cold and a rash. I googled clinics in the St. Catharines area. Grantham Medical Clinic popped up, I called to confirm the hours and the woman on the phone closed at 3pm today. I arrived at 232pm. The woman at the counter said we're not accepting anymore patience and put her head down and continued writing. I said my daughter is very sick and your closed at 3. She replied "WERE CLOSED". That was my first and LAST time there.

The wait times have either been short or reasonable, and the staff and doctors, friendly and very helpful.
