Great clinic in a bad area

I'm always seen within 10-15 minutes of getting there. This little clinic has kept its doors open in a not-so-great neighborhood through so much: they've been robbed, vandalized, and threatened. Dr Crysler should have a family practice because he's the best pediatrician I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I've seen some of what the doctors there have dealt with: yelling, screaming, unreasonable, and addicted clients. They are AMAZING!!! I could never do what they do!

I went into the court street clinic from a bad fall on my bike. The wound was bad and I was in alot of pain. The doctor John crysler did not clean nor bandage the wound. He didn't even offer bandage...he said he has to pay for bandages. Gave me a prescription for cream and sent me on my way.

After about 15 mi...

After about 15 minutes, I was brought into one of the clinic rooms and told the doctor would be right with me. I waited in there for over an hour and never saw him. I asked after about half an hour what the delay was, and was told he was just finishing up with another patient and would be right with me. Then after the hour, I asked again, and was told there were still people ahead of me waiting. Left and went to Ontario St. Clinic, was seen in 10 minutes. Will never go here again.
